Session #1: Mission Planning for Law Enforcement Leaders

This two-day seminar covers the critical elements of developing a robust Concept of Operation (CONOP) tailored to various scenarios, from SWAT operations to large-scale disaster deployments. Participants will gain insights into strategic planning, resource allocation, coordination, and execution of missions, ensuring readiness for both routine and complex situations.
Session #2: Influence: Applying Hostage Negotiation Tactics for Leadership Success

This session addresses leadership and decision-making during crises. Topics include leadership fitness, crisis preparation, action and reaction during crises, and post-crisis analysis, including debriefings and after-action reviews.
