Center for Recovery of Endangered or Missing Persons (CREMP)

The Center for Recovery of Endangered or Missing Persons (CREMP) at the F1RST campus is dedicated to developing innovative strategies for locating missing and endangered persons. The building features a fully operational situation awareness room featuring a large video wall, offices, conference rooms, and a small classroom. CREMP provides a state-of-the-art environment for enhancing recovery efforts and improving public safety outcomes.
Thomas Varnadoe Forensics Center

The soon-to-open Thomas Varnadoe Forensic Center at the F1RST campus will be a state-of-the-art facility featuring a large classroom, small classroom, cooler, freezer, radiology suite, dry lab, wet lab, autopsy suite, bone library, and multiple specialized labs. The center will also include multiple garages for vehicle-related forensic investigations. This comprehensive setup will enhance forensic research and training, providing critical resources for law enforcement and forensic professionals.
Center for Cybersecurity and Technology (CCAT)

The Center for Cybersecurity and Technology (CCAT) at F1RST features a 50-person classroom, a cutting-edge cyber lab, and conference rooms, providing a comprehensive environment for advanced cybersecurity and technology training. It also includes an unmanned systems hangar with an observation deck, modular training structure, and projector for instructional purposes. CCAT is dedicated to equipping professionals with the skills needed to tackle evolving cyber threats and enhance technological proficiency in public safety.
Innovation Center

The Innovation Building at F1RST, funded by the Thomas Varnadoe Grant for Training, is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 150-person classroom, a presentation briefing room, conference rooms, a small classroom for 25 people, and multiple offices for F1RST staff. This building is designed to advance public safety training and research, and innovation among law enforcement professionals and researchers.
Intelligence Studies Building
Building J - 10368 Charles Bo Harrison Way
The Intelligence Studies Center at F1RST is dedicated to innovating, evaluating, and promoting new methods to combat crime and enhance community safety. The building houses the Research Analysis Division and features a Real Time Crime Center with a large video wall and a small classroom. Educational programs cover topics such as big data, evidence-based policing, geospatial analysis, terrorism awareness and prevention, and social network analysis.

The Mike Fasano Center for Excellence in Leadership building at the F1RST campus, set to open soon, is designed to promote leadership development and excellence. Equipped with a large classroom, small classroom, offices, and conference rooms, the center will serve as a hub for our explorer program and leadership-focused initiatives. F1RST Rubble Pile 1

Rubble Pile 1 at the F1RST campus is designed to simulate a collapsed parking garage, providing a realistic training environment for search and rescue operations. The structure includes a simulated elevator shaft, crushed cars beneath the rubble, and a wrecked helicopter. This setup allows first responders to practice and refine their skills in navigating complex disaster scenarios.
F1RST Rubble Pile 2

Rubble Pile 2 at the F1RST campus is one of only three FEMA Level 1 Rubble Piles in Florida, offering an advanced training ground for Human Remains Detection (K9), Urban Search and Rescue (USAR), and tactical technical rescue. This simulated disaster zone features structured rubble, including crushed cars and a school bus, providing a realistic environment for training critical response skills. The facility ensures first responders are well-prepared for complex disaster scenarios.
