Understanding the demands of law enforcement agencies, the Command Officer Management Executive Leadership Institute offers two delivery methods:On-Ground Delivery: Courses can be hosted at your agency’s facility or at one of Saint Leo University’s local centers, offering significant savings on travel, housing, and meals. This format reduces staffing disruptions, enabling officers to balance their professional duties with their academic commitments. Each course consists of four consecutive days of face-to-face instruction, with the remainder of the term completed online.Online Delivery: For agencies seeking even greater flexibility, the program is available online. This option provides five consecutive half-days of live instruction via Zoom, followed by online coursework. The program culminates in a one-week residency at Saint Leo University’s campus in St. Leo, Florida, offering a blend of virtual learning and in-person collaboration.
