2025This intensive two-day, in-person training is designed for public safety, emergency management, private industry, and utilities professionals. You will gain vital insights into how both public and private sectors prepare for, respond to, and recover from major disruptive events. Learn to better align your existing emergency management plans and strategies with the critical needs of your community, and critically, how public and private sectors can effectively collaborate during and after an emergency to enhance overall community response and recovery.


Through expert-led instruction and a collaborative tabletop exercise with peers from various sectors, you'll gain practical knowledge and skills to foster stronger cross-sector partnerships and improve your crisis management strategies.
