Senior Leadership Series - Session #2 - Influence: Applying Hostage Negotiation Tactics for Leadership Success

Instructor Scott Tillema draws from his background as a hostage and crisis negotiator to explore concepts of communication, connection and influence and how we can use these in successful leadership and difficult conversations. Examples of negotiations will be offered to support the concepts of influence that will be discussed. This session will conclude with a hostage negotiation case study and workshop strategies to help us find influence in critical moments.
