This intensive, full day workshop is specifically designed for law enforcement professionals seeking to sharpen their crisis negotiation capabilities. You’ll reinforce essential active listening, influence, and persuasion techniques before learning targeted strategies for engaging diverse personality types commonly encountered in crisis incidents.


The course then advances to rapid threat assessment and tactics for disrupting a subject’s decision making cycle (OODA loop), empowering negotiators to regain control during incidents.


In the afternoon, participants will apply proven negotiation approaches tailored to various psychiatric conditions through real world case studies and practical examples.
