Endurance Vignettes

Nothing helps crisis negotiators develop communication skills better than practical  exercises. This very full day will give every person in attendance an opportunity to  practice during short-medium-long vignettes in voice-to-voice, loud-hailing, texting  and telephonic formats. The vignettes will represent a broad spectrum of persons in  crisis and motivations.
