Crisis/ Hostage Negotiation Series: Operation Gray House

Operation Gray House is a high-intensity, psychologically complex negotiation exercise designed for experienced crisis negotiators operating in integrated tactical environments.

Over the course of a full 4-6 hour exercise, students can expect layered injects, shifting psychological dynamics, tactical developments, and moral ambiguity. The scenario challenges negotiators to balance rapport with accountability, manage a subject who mirrors tone and exploits weakness, and maintain structured influence without escalating resistance.

Participants will develop advanced skills in managing high-functioning manipulative personalities, navigating emotionally neutral affect, and coordinating with tactical command. Operation Gray House is designed to test composure, strategic patience, and psychological acuity under sustained pressure.

This training event is open to both individuals who will be placed on a team, and full teams of up to 8 people. Those not wishing to participate as a team member may participate as a facilitator, role player or evaluator.
